(Caption under picture) The five wolf cubs (our five self-esteems) leap on us in the forest of life. They’re here to steal our basket (our well-being), with the food we’d prepared so lovingly for our grannie (we ourselves).

(1) Do you feel useless not knowing your arse from your elbow?

Maybe you’re mixing with the wrong people, the people who instil in you discomfort and fear, instead of instilling in you encouragement and love.

This first self-esteem is called traditional self-esteem or self-esteem based on personal capacities and abilities.

The self-esteem that shows you you must be educated/trained as a professional, but also grow as a person.

Hello everyone! This week we have a text on Motivation. Self-esteem and well-being are totally related. What is self-esteem? Why does it interfere in self-esteem? Is there only a traditionally unique self-esteem? Or, on the contrary, have we created more new self-esteems?

Please, do translate the text into English.

Next week, as usual, I'll write my own translation and you'll be able to check your mistakes, if any!!

Remember this is the fastest way for you to be a great writer and translator in English and Spanish! Best wishes and good luck!
